I can’t praise or recommend Dofinity highly enough. Working with them made building our website a pain free, even an enjoyable process.
From our first meeting Ido and Udi were well prepared and professional. They listened closely to our needs and made an effort to understand our organization. I felt confident throughout that understood Melitz. This was demonstrated by suggestions that they made for website functions that we had not thought of ourselves, but that enhanced Melitz’s ability to communicate our message through our site.
We were certainly not the easiest clients, going backwards and forwards on decisions, especially when our internal organizational project manager was changed mid-process. Nonetheless Udi and Ido were never fazed and remained endlessly patient, happy to explain things over and over, and willing to make further changes at our request, even after agreed decisions deadlines had passed. Dofinity was always quick to respond to us and they always met agreed deadlines (even if we, the client, did not).
No one in our organization had prior website and technical/programming experience. Ido and Udi spoke to us at a level that we could understand, with non-technical language, and without being patronizing. They were patient when we lacked technical understanding and were excellent teachers.
Dofinity displayed considerably creativity in problem solving. They were always able to find a way to get the website to do the things we wanted it to do – even when our needs were very complicated. On several occasions Dofinity even suggested capabilities, or identified problems that we had not even thought of.
A quick word about their bilingual abilities. We have a mixed staff of English and Hebrew speakers and the Dofinity staff was equally able to work with us, and train us in both languages.
Overall Ido and Udi were friendly, encouraging and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them unreservedly.
