The challenge

One of the biggest corporations on earth approached us on 2018 asking for an immediate assistance. Sharing with you the organization identity is not possible but fortunately enough we can share with you this project most interesting details.

The goal was enabling an application which will allow schools counselors and program instructors to interact effectively. Actually the application purpose is to allow complete management of this educational program.

Since the program is supposed to be implemented on the majority of schools in Israel it was backed by the Ministry of Education and one of the biggest philanthropic funds in the country.

So what were the challenges?

  • Dead simple user interface to allow the counselors using the application with zero training and little understanding.
  • Ensuring built-in cost optimization by implementation of business logic and tracking tools.
  • 0 to 100 at no time - the system had to be up and running by the start of the school year (Aug). It was May already…
  • Different roles to have completely different interface, allowing each role to conveniently perform its tasks.

Procter & Gamble approached us on 2018 asking for an immediate assistance. The goal was enabling an application which will allow schools counselors and program instructors to interact effectively. Actually the application purpose is to allow complete management of this educational program.

Web App was launched just a few days before the school year have started. Our attention was at its peak to respond with any tweaks and fine tunning necessary. Shortly after the app was fully adopted by the counselors and instructors.

By the end of the 1st year it was clear the number of workshops done at schools have grown thanks to the application.

The application have become a cornerstone of the program and may very well be adopted by similar programs in the future.
