The Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who takes true ownership of their projects. You will be the technical leader and client partner for each engagement – driving delivery from planning to go-live.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance engineering. You are expected to be hands-on: understanding the code, reviewing technical approaches, and communicating effectively with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex implementation projects from initial discovery and planning through development, QA, and successful go-live.
  • Coordinate with frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA roles to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery without compromising quality.
  • Present project status, risks, and progress to management and client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main technical trust partner for the client, managing requirements and technical change processes.
  • Collaborate with architects to translate business needs into robust technological solutions. Validate technical specs against client goals.
  • Oversee deployments and version releases across Dev, Test, and Production environments, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve project management workflows and delivery speed.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum rituals while adapting them to client constraints. Continuously improve delivery processes.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • PM Experience: 2+ years managing technical projects in enterprise or agency environments (preferably delivering web/cloud solutions).
  • AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for automation and productivity. Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering is required.
  • Communication: Native-level Hebrew and excellent English (written and spoken). Ability to navigate challenging conversations with transparency and professionalism.

Advantages

  • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Background: Hands-on development experience (Backend or Full Stack) in data or digital domains.
  • Experience with our core stack: Python, PHP, Node.js, Next.js, CMS platforms like WordPress/Drupal at an enterprise scale.
  • Background in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure) or DevOps processes.
  • Experience implementing AI-related projects (e.g., RAG pipelines, chatbots, data processing).
